Effective Date: October 26, 2026

Thank you for supporting Shaiya NOSTALGIA. This Refund Policy explicitly details the terms regarding financial transactions, digital goods, and voluntary donations made on our website.

1. Digital and Intangible Goods

All purchases made on our platform consist entirely of digital, intangible virtual currency or items (referred to as "Virtual Goods"). Due to the nature of digital asset delivery, which occurs instantly upon successful payment validation, all transactions are final and non-refundable.

2. No-Refund Clause & Unauthorized Chargebacks

• Once virtual points or items are delivered to your character or account database, the service is considered fully rendered. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or reversals for any reason, including account termination, server maintenance, or user dissatisfaction.
• Initiating an unauthorized dispute, claim, or chargeback via Stripe, Wise, Payoneer, or your credit card issuer without contacting our support team first constitutes a breach of our Terms of Service. This action will result in the permanent termination of your game account, hardware identification (HWID) ban, and the blacklisting of your payment details across our payment network.

3. Delivery Exceptions & Technical Errors

If a transaction is successfully completed but the virtual points or items fail to credit to your account due to a system lag or database error, please do not open a dispute with the payment provider. Instead, contact our support team immediately with your Transaction ID and email address. We will manually verify the payment log and credit your assets within 24–48 hours.
